Auburn, IN - Kruse International is pleased to announce that David J. Nelson has joined the Kruse staff as the National Sales Manager responsible for Automotive & Real Estate Marketing. David has returned to Indiana after a 25 year absence upon retiring from a 22 year Sales & Marketing career with General Motors and a most recently as a Marketing Consultant to IBM. At Kruse, David will be responsible for growing the Automotive and Real Estate Auction Business to exceed 1,000 auctions per year. David is the son of Lorraine and the late Frazier Nelson, former owners of Nelson Chevrolet Inc. of LaGrange, and is married to Beverly Schmidt Nelson, daughter of Lou Ann Cummings of Howe, and the late Honorable Russell E. Schmidt of LaGrange. David and Beverly have a son, Tad Nelson, who is 31 years old and works for the Indy Racing League in Indianapolis and a daughter, Tara Nelson Trueblood, who is 28 years old and works as a Veterinarian Assistant in Chicago. Kruse is one of the nation's largest auction companies. Their Automotive Division is one of the leaders in the industry and their Real Estate Division has auctioned real estate in 46 States. Kruse Energy and Equipment Division is the world's largest auction company of oil field related equipment. The last Oklahoma City Auction totaled nearly $25, million.
